Green Forest Renewables was launched in 2017 as a break away from Edge Renewables. Launched by Will Green, a former professional rugby player for Wasps, Leinster and England, Will has been working in the renewables sector for 10 years.
Put simply, Green Forest Renewables supplies the most cost effective wood fuel across Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon and Cornwall. We supply schools, hospitals, councils and the agricultural sector. All our wood fuel comes straight from AJ Charltons & Sons the specialist timber merchant so we do not have any costs when it comes to collection as we share the same site.
With its sister company Green Forest Installations, our wood fuel supply is not only incredibly cost effective, but we can also provide service, design and even install biomass fuel systems.

All our woodchip fuel is from Charltons Timber Store with who we share the same site just outside Frome in Somerset.
Our woodchip is therefore sustainably sourced and our team of experts means we can meet the requirements of each customer quickly, efficiently and with the least amount of fuss.
Using our own specialist machinery, we can supply woodchip deliveries to the correct specification for all models of domestic and commercial wood chip boilers. We can also delivery very quickly to Somerset and the West Country.

Will Green
Will set up the company in September 2013 having worked in London for 6 years working in Renewables.
Previously he played rugby for Wasps, Leinster and England.
Will oversees all aspects of the business and enjoys once again being part of a winning team.
He enjoys breakfasts at many different establishments across the South West!
Joe Gladwin
Joe joined January 2015 as has run the Woodchip depot from the beginning. He has been instrumental in the growth of the company.
His strong engineering background and passion for biomass makes him vital cog in the machine.

Pav Kwiatowski
Pav has been working with the Green Forest team for a number of years and has extensive experience in Mechanical and Electrical
Engineering focused on Renewables.
He heads up our Service team. He enjoys the infamous Burgers from the Griffin in Frome!
David Mowbray
Dave joined the team Summer 2021 after starting his career in Forestry he now returns to the same sector.
He has run his own businesses and had worked in a number of different sectors. For Green Forest heads up the Transport and works on all areas of maintenance. Always smiling and enjoys the odd Cherry Bakewell!
